C-Apochromat 10x/0.45 W M27 it expects a 0.17 coverglass....so you must look through a window....but 1.8 mm Working distance... didnt try it for 2 photon yet.... we have it on a widefield system. It is really good but less than the 20X water immersion. With which we have obtained more than 980micron deep in adult mouse brain (Dextran-marking rhoamine). Be careful not to put water on the front otherwise very poor results. There is a 10X water immersion but really not very good. |
