Dear List,
we would like to setup an 2P Microscope (for Calcium imaging) with fixed laser wavelength (because of costs) and holographic stimulation of neurons with channelrhodopsins. Does anyone has experience on that and perhaps knows about fast switching Spatial light modulators (I have now one from holoeye)? I myself did my diploma long time ago in calculation and fabrication of diffractive optical elements (computer generated holograms)
