Hello everyone,
I am working on 3D genome architecture and for that I have done 3D DNA FISH, my images have good signal to background ratio, in my institute we don't have commercial software like IMARIS or HUYGENS professional to analyze 3D DNA FISH data and image reconstruction. I want to try TANGO software, a plugins of ImageJ/FIJI but unable to install it. If anybody have installed TANGO plugins of ImageJ, please suggest me what to do or if anybody know about other publicly available software to analyse 3D DNA FISH please share with me.
