Registration is now open for the 3rd edition of the EMBO practical course on 3D Developmental Imaging.
This course is aimed at young researchers working on Developmental Biology, interested in answering specific questions that require observation of cell movement and tissue morphogenesis in whole embryos (fixed and live), particularly difficult using conventional optical microscopy techniques.
Techniques addressed and available during the course will include:
confocal/multiphoton/wf
SPIM, Ultramicroscopy
OPT
3D reconstruction and image analysis software
