Ab Penetration

CONFOCALMICROSCOPY Digest - 8 Jan 2009 to 9 Jan 2009 (#2009-7)

We routinely stain section ranging from 100-400um thick.  While each tissue type is somewhat different, we have found that constant agitation is absolutely required with long incubation times (8-16hrs for ABs).  If you have specific questions about protocols email me off the list and I would be happy to help.

Regards,

Rich
