Hi Javier,
Joel Schwartz (DHMRI, Kannapolis, NC) is to do FRAP experiment(s)
first, and if you are confident your FRAP results match your FRAP
model, then proceed to FCS. Addictional advice I received from
Wolfgang Becker (Becker&Hickl) and Ben Barbieri (ISS) is to calibrate
the FCS machine every day for the objective lens and specimen you are using.
