Dear all,
I would like to begin do FSC measurements.
Anyone please offer me suggestions for patrons sample for do this?
 I would greatly appreciate any advices given. Thank you!

Hi Javier,

Joel Schwartz (DHMRI, Kannapolis, NC) is to do FRAP experiment(s)
first, and if you are confident your FRAP results match your FRAP
model, then proceed to FCS.  Addictional advice I received from
Wolfgang Becker (Becker&Hickl) and Ben Barbieri (ISS) is to calibrate
the FCS machine every day for the objective lens and specimen you are using.
