######################################
modus opperandi

Resources can operate in 4 different modes:

technician operated - the responsible confirm or denies user entries.
Every entry as a .ics attach so that the technician can add to ical,
outlook, etc. A warning is sent to the user with the information.

User operated with in situ confirmation - Users book and then, during
resource usage, they have to confirm on equipment computer they where
there. When they make the confirmation they can add a comment that goes
directly to resource admin.

User operated - Works like a simple calendar. Notwithstanding, together
with 'User operated with in situ confirmation' users can requeste
assistante. Again, a warning is sent to resource admin with .ics attachment.

Without calendar - agendo® can be integrated with mesuro® an open source
solution for harware monitoring. It works with ZigBee (eg, used in home
automation) wireless protocol/ehternet. We are at the moment using it to
monitor confocal usage -whenever there is someone using it without
scheduling there's a SMS sent to admin-, -80c, FACScan and FACScalibur
pressure, etc
