Dear All,
Agendo has been the CRM of choice for several scientific facilities around the world as a booking and invoicing platform. We, as facility managers, felt the need to improve Agendo even further. Of course this need was also inspired by many of you with comments and suggestion of great value.
Therefore, we are happy to announce the latest major update to Agendo that will take place next Saturday, March 16.
New features

o Create projects for each Lab group
o Users can now select a project for each calendar event
o Project-based pricing and discounts
- Automatic email notifications on updated and deleted events for each resource
- Automatic user registration with admin confirmation
- ERP connection on-demand
- Windows Login base on Agendo Credentials and booking vs real usage
- Happy hour based pricing
- Real-time user assiduity stats
- Maximum hours per week configurable with happy hour
Meanwhile, we have also made improvements on our support platform, by adding a new helpdesk system for direct support and a wiki-based help site that includes FAQs and video tutorials:
