Dear all

Here is a question about sample preparation for the confocal list crowd.
In my zebrafish days, we used Sigmacoat to prevent cells from sticking to glass capillaries. I just had a look at the MSDS and there were so many toxic signs that it put me off buying it.
Does anyone know a kinder alternative to Sigmacoat? We are picking single cells under a microscope to transfer them to single wells.
