Hello,
We are trying to stain endothelial cells grown in co-culture with tumor cells with anti-CD31 antibody. Due to our microscope limitations, we would like to use a FITC tagged antibody. We also don't want to use secondary antibody.
Can anybody recommend a primary antibody tagged with FITC which they have used in their laboratory for IHC analysis.
