I was curious if anyone has experience with high-content imaging with software from different vendors, e.g., Olympus / Nikon / Zeiss / Leica / Visitron / Metamorph / Andor? As well as hardware? e.g., W1, Dragonfly or Crest? Additionally, we're planning to use an automatic dispenser (water/silicon or oil) to mount onto an objective, if anyone has experience/recommendations with this it'd be great to hear about it. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated, Best wishes, Emmanuel |

It is also very easy to use. We usually build the first pipeline for our users and they understand very fast how to modify it themselves. We have an oil dispenser that we purchased ages ago from Emblem, the commercial wing of EMBL. We also have a home made water dispenser that works a charm and cost nothing to build. I can send you the specs if you want. It is based on an old paper. I'd be happy to hear more about the water dispenser. I couldn't find the details of the oil dispenser on the EMBL-EM website. If you have a reference it could maybe help.
