Does anyone know what disk pitch pattern is used in the zeiss vivatome disk?

I know the andor dsd disk can be fitted with pitch patterns 120/240 microns
or 160/320 micron option but not sure about vivatome.

Both companies get their systems from the same place (Aurox), so I'd guess
the options are similar:
