Hello,

Does anyone know if there are Arivis Vision4D Python script functions to load a storyboard and output a movie of a storyboard? As far as I can tell from the user guide and script editor, there aren't.

Thanks,
Esteban Fernandez

Hi Esteban,

this is Christian from arivis.

You are right, up to the current version 3.0, our scripting is not supporting the storyboard. But in the upcoming version 3.1, currently in early testing phase, we extended the scripting by basic storyboard functions:
- create a new storyboard
- open an existing storyboard
- create and modify basic storyboard settings as adding sequences
- save current storyboard
- setup export properties and export the current storyboard

So, automating video creation should be pretty easy. Hope this matches your needs.

Best,
Christian
