I can't access to this article as it is not on-line:
Carlsson K. 1991. The influence of specimen refractive index, detector

Dear Emiliano,

This article was published in 1991 and when I log onto the journal  
website, their online content seems to only go back to 1996. You'll  
have to head to your university library to get a hard copy.
