Assay Builder as tool for High content analysis

Hello Lister, We plan to purchase the "Assay Builder" from Zeiss mainly for High content analysis includuing three modules (Physiology, Morphology and Cell cycle analysts) for images that obtained by cell observer. \ Has anyone used these software and satisfy with their performance? Any other similar products are available? Response either off-line or on-line. Thanks, Nitsan
