Dear All,

We plan to purchase the "Assay Builder" from Zeiss mainly for High content
analysis including three modules (Physiology, Morphology and Cell Cycle
analysts) for images that will be obtained by cell observer.

Has anyone used these software and satisfy with their performance?

Any other similar recommended  products are available?

Many thanks,

Dear Dahan,

We do quite an amount of high-content imaging/analysis but we can do
virtually everything with CellProfiler. Its is powerful, flexible, can run
on a cluster and is free.

Cheers    Gabor
