Hello all,

I was wondering if anyone has experience with automated neurite outgrowth analysis.
What software do you use, what images, what has been your experience?

We have been using Metamorph for it but it lacks some capabilities (ie does not record coordinates of cells), and
it is extremely slow and often fails to segment appropriately (especially for BF images).

I was wondering if anyone has developed successful Cell Profiler or Image J pipelines for such analyses, or has successfully used
other (even proprietary) software.
