have you any experience with the BD CARV II confocal system?
Could you comment your experience doing live imaging applications in this
system? like calcium imaging, gfp tracking, etc
We have been offered different EMCCD cameras; Sensicam EM, Hamamatsu
C9100-13, Photometrics QuantEM or Andors Ixon Plus , what is your
opinion/experience?
I'll really appreciate your input since we have limited demo possibilities
