BSL3 and 4

Hi folks, has anyone out there written out a decent SOP for using and maintaining a modern confocal /live cell system within a level 3 or level 4 biocontainment facility (we are talking TB, nasty airborne stuff).  The biggest questions are operator functionality with eyepieces, maintenance, decontamination etc.  Please feel free to send me anything you have offline if its too long for general consumption
