Brightest volume-labeled beads - any recommendations?

We are trying to find volume-labeled microbeads that are as bright as possible in the Excite 490 Emit 520 for YG and 570/590 nm for "red."
We commonly use the Molecular Probes/Invitrogen FluoSpheres, or the beads from PolySciences, and were wondering if there are any that are even brighter.  We would still need some of the chemistries available with those mentioned above.  Size ranges .2-2 um.

We are exciting with LEDs, so Qdots are not as helpful as one might think, as the Qdots capitalize on a broad excitation band.

The fluospheres are great, and work for most applications, but we were wondering if there are beads out there that we have missed.  Even at other wavelengths.

Thanks for and leads you might have!

Greetings, has anyone used Life Technologies Cell Mask products (e.g., Cell Mask Orange) for labeling brain cells for 2-P intra-vital imaging?

Has anyone injected Cell Mask I.V. in a murine model and performed intra-vital imaging in any tissue type?

Thanks,
