Dear List

We are concerned with the accuarcy of CO2 readouts on our incubation systems.  We would like to have a tool that can measure not the CO2 concentration coming out of the unit, but right at the objective or even in the dish with a sample.  We tried different things, such as measuring the pH of the media and basic viability assays, but we would still like something more precise.  Our lab operations depratment brought down a probe that they use to measure CO2 levels in culture incubators, but the probe on that instrument is too big to measure inside the stage incubators on our systems.  If anybody here had experience with this and can recommend and instrument for purchasing, or any other input, it will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks very much to all of you in advance,

Yevgeniy Romin
