**COMMERCIAL ANSWER**

Dear Petro,

Depending what you expect to do with beads, at Argolight we design QC slides that permit to measure your fluorescence-based microscope performances such as resolution power.
We design fluorescent patterns, embedded into a piece of glass on a standard slide format.
You can assess resolution, homogeneity, distribution, intensity,.... with one single slide, without any preparation, with excitation from 350 nm to 650 nm and without risk of bleaching.

It can converge to some applications with beads, but is not totally comparable.

You are welcome if you need more information.
Best regards,

Renaud GINET

Thanks, I'll check them out.

HI Renaud.
Thanks for your information.
I am quite happy with Tetraspeck, but because of grand rules, I have to
provide 3 alternatives and tell why I buy not the cheapest if there is such
an option. That makes our life miserable but we have to cope with it. I
would use it for PSF measurements.
Your slide would be also an interesting option, if you, can send me a
quotation, but I suspect it will be too expensive for us at least now.
Best regards.
Petro.
