Bitplane is pleased to invite you to our upcoming "EM and Brainbow Segmentation and Mitosis Dynamics" webinar taking place on the 9th of March 2016 at 9am (UK time) 6pm (Tokyo time). Please use this link to register - http://andor.adobeconnect.com/e4y0kg4zr8i/event/registration.html - and join the live presentation or receive the recording afterwards.

“Off The Beaten Track” is a series of webinars with members of the Imaris XT Development Program focusing on the image analysis challenges they faced and how they came up with solutions using Imaris and the XT module. The series will be of particular interest to people who write image analysis application code in Matlab or Python.

Topics discussed in the first “Off the Beaten Track” webinar include:

- Segmentation and visualization of multi-dimensional (2D-4D) light and electron microscopy datasets (Ilya Belevich, PhD)
- Dynamical parameters of growing microtubule during mitosis: growth angle (relative to spindle axis), growth speed, growth duration and growth length (Wei Xiang Chew)
- First steps towards using Imaris for quantitative brainbow image analysis (Egor Zindy, PhD)

We look forward to seeing you at this event!
