Dear Collegues,

The program of the CTLS2020 edition includes crucial scientific and non scientific topics that are not so commonly covered in other scientific meetings, and that are strategic for the success of core facilities and research infrastructures. This success starts with well prepared staff at all career stages.

Hence, due to the inclusiveness policy of CTLS and to attract a more diverse panel of delegates, the CTLS2020 steering committee has decided to create a new registration fee for technical staff with no managerial duties. We believe that this is a great opportunity for Core Facility Heads to bring along staff from their teams, allowing them to learn from peers and expand their own network. This new registration option costs 250 euros only and includes access to all the scientific program and social events, as well as CTLS Association membership.

Of note, beyond the plenary sessions, CTLS2020 will be hosting no less than 10 satellite workshops organised by members of the core facility community, that should be of interest to a wide range of stakeholders. Some of them are full already!

CTLS2020 will take place in Lisbon, the world's 6th most popular destination for international congresses, with over 100 international events per year.
