The
Canadian Cytometry Association is planning a workshop on characterizing the
cell cycle using flow based and/or imaging based analysis. The workshop will be
at the McIntyre Medical
Sciences Building
at McGill University July 14th and 15th.
Day
one will be an introduction to flow and imaging based cell cycle sample
preparation and data collection as well as labelling kits available
commercially. The afternoon will be hands on use of flow systems or high
content imaging and participants are encouraged to bring their own samples. Day
two will be seminars on data analysis using various platforms as well as some
tips on flow or imaging data processing. The second afternoon will be for hands
on analysis of the data collected on day one.
