We are starting to work with the cell painting assay from the Broad and
imaging with our Opera QEHS. We would like to integrate the cellprofiler
analysis into our workflow but have little familiarity with it. I'm
inquiring if someone well experienced with the cell painting assay/ cell
profiler would be interested in a consulting gig to get us up to speed.
