Present, future, and past of super-resolution microscopy by dSTORM by Pr. Markus SAUER from the department of Biotechnology & Biophysics, Julius-Maximilian-University of Würzburg.
Markus Sauer will discuss localization microscopy and its potential, to fundamentally revolutionize our understanding of how cellular function is encoded at the molecular level (dSTORM and 3D lattice-light-sheet dSTORM).
He will also discuss how single-molecule localization microscopy can be used advantageously to improve next-generation immunotherapies and how true molecular resolution can be achieved.
