Dear list members,
Does anybody have experiences with a commercial widefield / FRET system
with dual channel recording (camera)?
Important is a very versatile illumination light source (broad range of
excitation wavelengths), and a broad range of emission wavelength
combinations (with simultaneous dual channel recording).
In addition, the system should be equipped with (or suitable for) a
climate chamber.
