Dear all,
I'm looking for a sensor or any molecule that could detect Copper inside
the vacuoles of plant root cells. I'm not interesting in the measurement
of the levels, so anything that could detect it would be fine, either
fluorescent or not. Another thing is that the tissue is plant so I don't
know exactly how well the actual sensors for mammalian cells function
under this environment.
As always, any help is welcome.
