Is there any chance that sometime in the future, they could be recorded and "pod-casted" as well as being live? This would then act as a well visted knowledge library as well. Hi All,
I've received recorded versions of two webinars from David before, he sent the link upon request. A repository of all webcasts will be great indeed. The login window to the webinar often contains international toll-free numbers, I managed to use the UK numbers several times, but not always: sometimes the login window only provides the US numbers, other times (including last time) the UK toll-free number kept disconnecting until finally I had to give up.
I'm sure David will give us an update tomorrow, I just wanted to share the bit I know. Best to all, Zoltan

Hmm - I'm not quite sure that a single internet connection
would cope with voice over internet at the same time as receiving video
streaming.

Actually, this was done at last year's live-cell microscopy course at UBC put on by Jim Pawley, and it worked pretty well at the time. We had a lecture done live over the web from Europe at least once or twice during the two weeks. As long as the internet connection is good at both ends, there should be no problem.
