Dear Colleagues,
It is a pleasure to announce the 8th edition of our short course on confocal microscopy, held at the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center (St. Louis, Missouri, USA) January 4-8, 2016.
This course provides a solid background on the use of light microscopy, especially confocal microscopy, as a tool to study cell and molecular biology. The course emphasizes imaging of plant tissues but its scope is not limited to this. There are morning lectures and afternoon training sessions on our confocal microscope, a Leica SP8-X.
Registration deadline is January 1, 2016 but early registration is recommended because space is limited.
