I have a lightly used Crylas FDSS-Q3 532 nm pulse laser for sale. You can see
the full specs on the Crylas web site. We have used this laser for laser
axotomy in C. elegans (Google search: JOVE Bastiani for view of set up). I am
selling this laser because we have found that the 355 nm wavelength works
better for axotomy (again see JOVE article for advantages and disadvantages of
355 vs 532 nm wavelength). System is in perfect working order and I will
provide hours on laser (I am guessing 1000-2000 hrs, but I haven't checked
recently). The MTF of these lasers is supposed to be greater than 100,000
hours. System includes the standalone controller and software. If interested
