Hi Glenn,
Luxendo have a new lightsheet microscope called LCS, specifically designed for imaging Large Cleared Samples. It comes with a range of quartz cuvettes ( 20mm x 20mm, 30mm x 20mm, 40mm x 20mm ) with a height of 20mm, for the reason you mention.
They are compatible with all the clearing protocols on the market.
While you are making your own cuvette I could look into getting you one of our smaller ones in the meantime?
Regards
Jim Owens

So, our group is aiming to make a custom one out of quartz slides. Does anyone have experience making their own cuvette, and what sealant did you utilize? Of course, this must be non-reactive with DBE and BABB, for instance.
