Detect red kaede in fixed tissues

Search the CONFOCAL archive at
http://listserv.acsu.buffalo.edu/cgi-bin/wa?S1=confocal

Hi!
Anybody knows about a good strategy to fix the red kaede several hours
after photoconversion in a way that it still stays bright to be found in
a fixed fish embryo? Right now when I fix it, the fluorescence decreases
80% and it makes it extremely hard to find a photoconverted cell in the
middle of the whole animal.

Thanks

Dear List,

Does anyone have a reference for the 2-photon cross-section for the dye Badan?

Any information greatly appreciated

Best wishes
