Hi all, I hope the science is treating you well.

I was wondering if anybody has any experience with membrane staining in hepetocytes using Di 8 ANEPPS.  The plan is to perform live cell imaging under hypoxic conditions and I wondered if there have been issues regarding toxicity etc.
