Just to inform you, that we offer a
new optical component to
create a Gaussian & doughnut shaped foci via the same beam path. This is helpful for the most convenient implementation of e.g. superresolution microscopy based on the STED/RESOLFT principle:
The Abberior EASYDOnut phaseplate offers:
(1) A Gaussian-shaped & doughnut-shaped focus via one optical element
(2) Automatic alignment of beams
(3) No maintenance for optical alignment
(4) A key optical component for applications such as superresolution microscopy, optical tweezers
The phaseplate is designed for the optical bench and fits into most optical mounting systems of the major suppliers.
