Exciting PhD opportunities available in ESRIC - please circulate:

A Call for submissions for a PhD studentship within ESRIC, The Edinburgh Super-Resolution Imaging Consortium, is open now, the deadline is the 28th of February 2016.

Every year since ESRIC was established in 2013 we have offered a number of 3-year PhD students in projects which are interdisciplinary, across institutes, with super-resolution microscopy as the underlying theme. Each student is enrolled in the ESRIC Super-Resolution Summer School <http://www.esric.org/news/our-summer-school-2014.html>, which allows them to build on what they have learnt in their first year and be able to take this forward into their PhD project. The ESRIC students are involved in SUPA <http://www.supa.ac.uk/> and Edinburgh Imaging <http://www.ed.ac.uk/schools-departments/clinical-sciences/edinburgh-imaging> to further develop their skills across disciplines, as well as the ESRIC Imaging Day in the Autumn.
