Is it really TRUE? Unbelievable! Has Perkin Elmer undergone extensive restructuring by cutting 50% of sales and marketing staff and adding 50% of service field engineers and/or increasing engineer's base salary? Or it was just a favorable STAR ARRANGEMENT in New Jersey last night?I would be happy to hear more about similarly incredible service from Perkin Elmer...

Hi All,
In fairness to the vendors, I felt obligated to mention a great
experience. All too often, the good stuff goes unnoticed.
Inherited an old Operetta. Was having problems with it. Emailed vendor,
next day webex, problem solved!
Big shout out to Perkin Elmer for some spectacular service! Thank you!
