Hi everyone,
We are curious about the new quantum dot line by SpectraGenetics called
SpectraDots. Their marketing outlines some impressive features (equal
quantum efficiency across the visible range, no photo bleaching etc.), but
has anyone had any practical experience with them and would you recommend
as an alternative to fluorescent beads for PSF measurements?
