Dear all,
I have been contacted by a researcher that would like to detect microRNAs in plant tissues by FISH.
Since this was very much out of my area of expertise I was wondering if someone might be able to suggest what is the best way to perform these experiments, namely, the best dyes and share protocols and pitfalls.
