I got my 0.044um Green fluorescence microspheres from 'Duke Scientific' [cat no. G40] many years ago: http://www.distrilabparticles.com/filters/pdf/Bul120'A'%20FluorPoly.pdf Duke Scientific's [www.dukescientific.com] website seem to be related somehow to Thermoscientific these days, as their web address now leads there: http://www.thermoscientific.com/ecomm/servlet/productscatalog?categoryId=874 36&&storeId=11152 i.e. my G40 0.04um GF particles: http://www.thermoscientific.com/ecomm/servlet/productsdetail?productId=11963 237&groupType=PRODUCT&searchType=0&storeId=11152&from=search and they still seem to do the 50nm red, green or blue fluorescence particles. Perhaps it might be worth asking Thermoscientific as a starting point if you want dual fluorescence within each 50nm particle [or try Polysciences for a custom special], unless someone comes up with a better suggestion.
