Hi,

I have been given a raw file from an EM tomography experiment by a collaborator. The extension is .out and if I understood correctly it should be an XYZ stack. Do you know how I can read this and convert it to a tif stack? Which software, ideally free, can open that format? ImageJ and BioFormats do not seem to recognize it.

Thanks for your help,

Christophe
