Good morning everyone

I hope you are fine

My name is Manuel Alcantar.
I am studying microcapsules composed of alginate and mucilage (nopal,
O. ficus-indica). I would like to stain mucilage for confocal microscopy
but there is not information for it. However, the mucilage
(O. ficus-indica) and pectin have similar chemical composition.
Therefore, we think that mucilage can be stained with Fluoresceinamine
like pectin. I would like to know, where do you get Fluoresceinamine for
confocal microscopy?

Thank you very much in advance.

Greetings

Sigma Aldrich and Fisher Scientific for example. If you Google fluoresceinamine, you'll get more options.
