Available for sale on reasonable terms is a GE/Applied Precision OMX V4 structured illumination microscope with extended travel xy stage.

Stanford's Neuroscience Microscopy Service is retiring this scope to make room for another microscope. This OMX has a unique extended-travel x-y stage which covers a 2" x 1" region on the slide (twice the area of the standard OMX xy stage; this was a one-off from Applied Precision).  The scope is equipped with 405, 488 and 561 nm lasers, and has three PCO Edge sCMOS cameras. In addition to the structured illumination excitation path, the scope has widefield and TIRF illumination (with the beam concentrator for localization super-resolution imaging). The microscope was delivered in 2012 and is fully operational.
