Microscopy is an essential technology for most life science researchers and
they usually love to present and publish beautiful microscopy data. It is also
true that despite a common feeling that microscopy is not very complicated;
many scientists actually struggle with it. While modern microscopy systems
are indeed sophisticated equipment, it is useful to first consider microscopy as
being composed of three simple elements: operator, equipment and sample.
Keeping such a vision in mind can help the process of acquiring robust data by
microscopy.
This educational live webinar will provide attendees with:
• A brief overview of light microscopy modalities and guidelines to make the
right choice (eg., transmitted light, widefield and confocal fluorescence
microscopy)
• Some easy measures to take that can simplify microscopy projects
• More advanced, but essential points to consider when performing microscopy
