ABSTRACT
How to organize, view, and search through all your microscopy images
without using a database?
This is a question that many scientists struggle with and that we now
address with the Huygens Titan. Huygens Titan software installation is
extremely easy. It indexes, finds and shows all your multi-dimensional
microscopy images. Titan reads images from any user-defined location and
extracts meta data, statistics and thumbnails. Once indexed, you have an
immediate overview of all your images, including embedded images in
container formats like e.g. Leica LIF and Zeiss CZI.
Advanced search functions are available, annotations can be easily
added, and images can be assigned to specific projects. 2D-5D Data can
be visualized in Titan's “Lightbox”, and directly opened in the file
manager, or in Huygens Essential or Professional for deconvolution and
analysis.
We welcome everyone to see how easy it is to use Huygens Titan. Free
Titan test versions are available from the SVI website www.svi.nl.
With kind regards,
Vincent
