GFP-expressing tissue preparation for confocal microscopy

Dear All,

I was wondering if any of you know or have experienced with tissue sample preparation for GFP imaging using confocal. I have tumor tissue samples isolated from mice. The tumor was formed by injecting GFP-expressing cells in live animals (allograft model). We are particularly interested in quantifying GFP expressing levels of the cells after treated with siRNA. Any suggestions and/or advice?
