Hi Oli,
To my knowledge the tool box only interfaces with zen blue devices that run with the MTB database. The database structure in ZEN black is different and not supported.
Not sure if this helps, but you can mark positions in the multiview window and export this as an XML file (it also includes other meta data...laser power, rotation angle, etc.

http://www.imgur.com and include the link in your posting. ***** Hi all, I was wondering if anyone was successful in connecting Zeiss's MicroToolBox (MTB) Development Kit to read microscope data off a Lightsheet Z1 (Stage positions, for example) I have managed to follow the instructions from Zeiss, but it has reached the point where the SDK is properly installed (I think) but it claims that there is no MTB service available. Zen on the other hand behaves as expected with the microscope. If anyone else has struggled and seen the light, let me know if you're willing to share :) Kind regards, Oli
