In Fiji/ImageJ using Bio-Formats Importer (from the Plugins menu or dragging the file onto the main Fiji window should work), check the box that says "Display metadata". You can also check the box that says "Display ROIs" but I haven't checked how accurate those come in.

Hello friends,
Does anyone know how to get the FRAP settings out of a Zeiss .czi file other than opening it on the acquisition system and hitting "Reuse"?
Looking for the settings from the "Bleach" dialog (interrations, speed, wavelength, laser power, etc). Thanks!
