Dear Avi,
I would add to the instruments also the system of MMI (
http://www.molecular-machines.com/home).
Concerning RNA-seq: We have currently a Zeiss-PALM system, with this single cell isolation and continuation of culturing it was possible and could be established with a moderate effort. I would expect the same from the MMI system. The Leica we didn't test so extensively as for us to have the system mounted on an inverted microscope (and hence use I also for other experiments) was also an important factor.
Greetings Gabor
P.S. And no commercial interest.

Hi all,
I am interested in hearing about successful RNA-seq from single cell(s) dissection.
I know about PALM, Leica LMD (we just hosted a great demo) and I used the first gen Arcturus years ago but I would appreciate some real-world feedback about these systems with this specific application in mind.
Please PM me if you prefer.
Happy Holidays,
Avi
